Teen Volunteer Opportunities

Would you like to earn volunteer hours by helping other teens choose what to read?
Email us to learn about our Teen Book Reviews project.
You will be contacted by a Children’s and Youth Services team member via email to discuss your review/request. Please be patient; we promise we’ll get to you!

Looking to earn community involvement hours? Gain experience for your resume? Learn workplace skills? Get a reference for jobs, scholarships, university, or college? Look no further than your local library!

We offer teens a place to volunteer and learn valuable skills. If you are interested in becoming one of our volunteers, please fill out our online form. Need the online form in an accessible format? Have questions? Email us. We will respond as spaces become available.

Explore perception as you use shadows, colour, motion, and light to create art from science. You'll make a puppet, a spinning top, and a kaleidoscope, as well as design your own galaxy.
