Dr. Richard R. Khan is a technology and AI leader based in Ajax, Ontario, with over 20 years of experience building and governing production-grade platforms across regulated environments, including healthcare and financial services. Richard is a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Emerging Technologies and Generative AI.
He focuses on helping people adopt AI confidently, safely, and responsibly. He is the author of the peer-reviewed Responsible AI paper “RAISEF” (2025) and AI titles including The AI Glossary: 101 Essential AI Terms (2024) and 256 AI & Emerging Technology (2025). Richard also guest lectures and speaks on Practical AI and Responsible AI.
