How the Library System Works

The Georgina Public Library system has four locations, Discovery Branch at the Multi-Use Recreational Complex (MURC), Keswick Branch, Peter Gzowski (Sutton) Branch, and Pefferlaw Branch. You can get a library card if you live, work, or own property in Georgina. Your library card can be used at all four locations.

Borrowing Items

All books, DVDs, and audiobooks that are borrowed from one Georgina Public Library location can be returned to any other location. All locations have convenient exterior dropboxes that are available 24 hours a day. We can also ship items from location to location for you to pick up where it is most convenient. If there is an item you would like to see added to our collection you can suggest we consider purchasing it  or we can see if we can obtain it from another library in Ontario for you for free through our ILLO system .
