Georgina Public Libraries offer services related to our library collections, such as borrowing, interlibrary loans and equipment rentals, as well as third party products and services. Some products such as municipal bins and York Transit tickets are sold as a service to the community but library customers should consult the appropriate vendor if they have questions about the product or availability.
ZoomText 10 software for the visually impaired is available on one public computer in each of the three Georgina Library branches. At the Keswick and Peter Gzowski (Sutton) libraries, there are designated accessible computers that come with JAWS (screen reading software) and a scanner; a Big Track trackball; a large-key keyboard; a webcam; and headphones. The accessible computers also come with Kurzweil3000 software for reading and writing assistance.
Accessible computers are available for booking at your library branch; reservations are first-come, first-served.
